The name is intentional. Fusion is the bringing together of elements to create something more powerful than any one part alone — ideas, business, technology, and partnerships. That is exactly what we do.

Fusion Health Technology was founded by David Hurring — bringing 20+ years of experience across NZ technology sectors and 10 years specifically in health technology, spanning PMS vendors, health technology partners, and specialist ICT providers, and a lifelong passion for technology, business, and the intersection of both.

Deep relationships across PHOs, general practices, and the wider NZ health IT ecosystem — built through years of working inside the organisations and alongside the vendors that serve them.

Fusion sits at the intersection of NZ health organisations and the technology ecosystem — with the experience to understand both sides, and the independence to serve only one.
